About our Osteopaths
Heather Thomas

Heather grew up in Falmouth and moved up to London to study at the British School of Osteopathy where she qualified with a Masters degree in Osteopathy. Since then Heather has worked in London particularly with elderly people, expectant mothers and sportspeople. She is a qualified acupuncturist and is also training to become a Pilates instructor.
Outside of her work, Heather is keen on sports and is also a musician, playing the piano.
Helen Morton

Helen qualified from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996 having previously worked as a professional dancer and teacher in London. She now works part time at the practice where she has a particular interest in Sports Medicine and injuries, as well as in the treatment of dancers. Helen was selected to work at the London 2012 Olympics as part of a medical team at the Beach Volleyball event. She also practices The Perrin Technique for the treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME.
Matthew Brierley
Matthew Brierley has been the principal osteopath at Falmouth Osteopathic Clinic for the past 20 years. He is currently in South America with his family undertaking some voluntary work. You can keep tabs on him by following his blog at:

Heather, Helen and Matthew are members of the General Osteopathic Council and the The Institute of Osteopathy, and are regularly involved in continual professional development through these and other organisations.
