Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is a form of manual therapy involving the manipulation of soft tissues to assist with muscular aches, pains, and tension.

Soft Tissue Therapy, also known as Massage Therapy, could help relieve many day to day issues including repetitive strain injury, sprains, tension and fatigue. Massage therapy can also be goal-specific or sports-centred to assist with training, competition, injury prevention and recovery.

All appointments are tailored with you in mind and dependent upon what you may be looking for - be it a relaxing massage or perhaps a more focused treatment on one or two particular areas.

Soft Tissue Therapy is designed to assist in working with underlying problems of the soft tissues (muscles, ligaments) that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and/or trauma.

Our team of Massage Practitioners have additional qualifications which has led them to learn and utilise specialist skills and knowledge in multiple areas of health and wellbeing. This includes:

  • Sports Massage

  • Relaxation Massage

  • Oncology Massage

  • Deep Tissue Massage
