  • Hope

    OSTEOPATHY, SPORTS MASSAGE, CLINICAL PILATES

Hope is a fully registered Osteopath with additional qualifications in Sports Massage and Clinical Pilates (APPI), giving her a well-rounded approach to movement, injury, strength, and long-term wellbeing.

Her journey began in dance, where a childhood love of movement inspired a lasting fascination with how the human body works. That curiosity led her to complete a Master’s degree in Osteopathic Medicine.

Today, Hope blends her artistic roots with her training to offer truly holistic care — honouring the body’s intricate design and supporting each person in moving well, feeling strong, and living comfortably.

At the clinic, Hope specialises in a wide range of conditions, including neck pain, headaches, back pain and Sciatica. She also has a keen interest of working with people with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, meaning she takes a thorough view of patient care - not just treating symptoms, but helping you find sustainable methods of management of your symptoms that suit you and your lifestyle.

Hope believes that each person is unique, and she designs treatment plans that are tailored to your individual context and goals. Whether you’re recovering from injury, seeking to improve everyday movement, or simply wanting to feel better in your body, she is committed to helping you reach your best.

Away from the clinic, Hope enjoys practising Pilates, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and curling up with a good book on a rainy day.
